These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of DXBInteriors.pk.
By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Products & Customization
All our furniture and interior products (including wardrobes, almirahs, sofas, beds, media walls, and kitchen cabinets) are custom-made based on client requirements.
Images shown on our website and gallery are for reference only. Final product colors, materials, and finishes may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in raw materials.
Custom orders once confirmed cannot be altered without written approval from our team.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Advance payment (percentage to be decided by DXB Interiors) is required to confirm an order. Remaining payment must be cleared before delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to incorrect pricing or stock availability.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, and location.
We strive to deliver within the agreed timeline but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics, raw material availability, or natural events).
Free or paid shipping will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Returns & Refunds
Since most of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed and processed.
In case of damaged or defective items delivered, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for replacement or repair.
No refund or exchange will be processed without proof of damage and approval from our quality control team.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and materials on DXBInteriors.pk are the property of DXB Doors & Interiors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
DXB Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Installation, handling, and maintenance of products are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
