Refund and Returns Policy

At DXBInteriors.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since most of our furniture and interior solutions are custom-made, we maintain a strict policy to ensure transparency and fairness regarding refunds and returns.


No Returns on Custom Orders

  • All products including wardrobes, almirahs, kitchen cabinets, beds, sofas, and media walls are custom-manufactured based on customer requirements.

  • Due to this customization, returns or exchanges are not applicable once the order has been confirmed and processed.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours.

  • Supporting evidence such as photos or videos of the defect/damage must be provided.

  • After verification by our quality control team, we will either:

    • Repair the product, or

    • Replace the defective part/product (at no extra cost).


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Any cancellation before the 24-hour period may be subject to a deduction from the advance payment to cover processing costs.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • We are unable to deliver the confirmed product due to unforeseen circumstances, or

    • The product is verified as irreparably defective.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, material preferences, and design approvals before production.

  • DXB Interiors is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
